The Net-Locator+ system is covertly installed in your vehicle or plant by either one of our qualified engineers or alternatively by one of your own staff, following successful training. The unit requires no driver interaction and has no visible antennas.
The Net-Locator + system constantly monitor’s its position and status using GPS (Global Positioning System) and records this information together with time, speed and direction of travel every 2 minutes, when the vehicle is in use (ignition active).
This information is then transmitted over the GPRS network to our secure central server (alternatively the information can be accessed direct from the vehicle system via the GSM network).
Orbital’s unique easy to use software together with detailed street level mapping is loaded directly on to your computer or alternatively onto your company server, for multiple access and central storage of data (increasing security and efficiency).
